**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Be the friendly face (and voice) of Connected Vehicles — answering phones and greeting visitors like a pro.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Keep our office stocked, stylish, and functional — from pens to printer toner.
- Help ensure accurate payroll by verifying time sheets and vacation schedules.
- Maintain collection goals and complete receipts for third parties as required.
- Match, post, billing and invoicing-keep track of all the documentation for Accounting department.
- Support Accounts Payable and Receivable with reconciliation and data entry.
- Track warranties and maintain organized records.
- Stay on top of daily tasks and reports to help keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.
- Jump into other tasks as needed — we love a team player

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- **2+ years of office experience** (You know how to keep things in order)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills — Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- A personality that shines — friendly, approachable, and professional.
- A love for deadlines and an appreciation for checklists.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A College Diploma is a plus
- A valid G Class driver’s license.
- Experience with CRM software? That’s a bonus
