ControlChem is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team for a one (1) year contract. We are looking for a positive and energetic person for our Burlington office (note this position is an in-office position)

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Working with the sales and service representatives to communicate and process pricing quotes, bids, safety data sheets, general requests etc.
- Scanning and filing
- Front of house, answering phones and receiving customers or visitors.
- Account Receivables
- Assist with processing field representative expense claims
- Management of our cloud-based reports software
- Processing invoices, couriers and mail
- Assist with office flow & organization, office supply room, coffee station etc.

**Requirements**:ControlChem to provide WHMIS, TDG, First Aid training.

**Compensation**:$45,000-48,000 (depending on experience), benefits plan, and 3 weeks vacation.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
