**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and visitors at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating effective phone etiquette.
- Manage office correspondence, including filing documents and organizing records efficiently.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication tasks.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Maintain an organized workspace and assist in inventory management of office supplies.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy in work tasks.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and practices is a plus.
