As we are growing, we are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** who can firmly take the wheel and lead our projects in a constantly changing world. In this role, you will be required to perform an array of administrative duties in order to support the Senior Vice President.

The Administrative Assistant will also manage the administation to the Senior Vice president when it comes to drafting, reviewing and editing time-sensitive correspondence sent by the Senior Vice President, draft presentations, prepare in deliver material and attend regional or national meetings as required.

**The responsibilities you will be assigned**:

- Assist with administrating the efforts and activities of the department in alignment with corporate revenue goals and objectives.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing meeting presentations.
- Assist VP in the administration of strategic plans for the department function; administer practices and procedures to enhance operations.
- Monitor and process for approval of team expense reports.
- Act as liaison to other business units for completion of day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
- Communicate brand identity internally to the department, key accounts, and the customer base at large, as required
- Coordinate logistics of team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events
- Conduct reports and distribute to management teams.
- Take and transcribe notes during meetings and distribute.
- Present a positive and professional image of the office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons.
- Other related duties as assigned.

- Post Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant discipline preferred
- 3 years or more of experience in an Administrative role
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Interacts with employees, various management levels, able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events
