**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers, departments, or teams, including managing schedules, organizing files, and preparing reports.
- Complete and process necessary paperwork, including forms, reports, and other documentation.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client information, track interactions, and generate reports.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparation of workstations and orientation materials.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing meetings and events, including booking venues, coordinating catering, and preparing materials.
- Distribute information related to meetings and events, manage RSVPs, and ensure all arrangements are in place.
- Support on-site event coordination, including setup, troubleshooting, and guest assistance.
- **Communication and Flexibility**:

- Act as a point of contact for various stakeholders, handling inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility and versatility in supporting multiple managers or teams, adapting to changing priorities and tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations and support cross-functional projects.
- **CRM Management**:

- Maintain and update CRM system records with accurate client and project information.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to assist in decision-making and project tracking.
- Assist with CRM data entry, ensuring all client interactions and follow-ups are recorded.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Experience in an administrative support role, with hands-on experience using CRM systems. Event planning and multi-tasking experience are desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated flexibility and a collaborative approach to working with multiple managers and teams.

Pay: $34,168.16-$54,295.28 per year
