Junior Project Delivery Coordinator

**AS A PROJECT DELIVERY COORDINATOR, YOU WILL**:
- Communicate internally and externally with project members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Coordinate and monitor field service appointments with internal and external customers, track field service completion, and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Schedule, host, and attend onsite meetings as required and document meeting minutes
- Communicate through various mediums on reporting/tracking project execution and logistics.
- Escalate customer concerns as required
- Follow up on outstanding project deliverables to ensure compliance with timelines
- Set up Customers and vendors, collect and enter PO’s for customers and vendors, follow up with procurement on product deliveries, follow through on warranties, RMA’s, service billings, etc.
- Ensure client’s expectations are met at project completion. Facilitate project close-out and billing
**WHO YOU ARE**:

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of client-facing experience
- Strong Organizational Skills; multi-tasking, time-management, self-starter
- Proficiency with productivity tools (ie: PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Oracle) or a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment
- Access to a personal vehicle to visit customer sites and travel ~10%
