Project Delivery Coordinator

If you are a project management professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you Based in our Brantford, Ontario location, you will support the Customer Success & Service Delivery department with all project coordination initiatives.

**AS A PROJECT DELIVERY COORDINATOR, YOU WILL**:

- Set up vendors, customers, distribute and collect PO’s for customers and vendors, manage WSIB and insurance certificates for contractors and end users relative to projects and industrial services.
- Provide technical support where required on project coordination and customer support.
- Communicate through various mediums on reporting/tracking project execution and logistics.
- Communicate updates internally and externally. Result/requirements/expectations.
- Escalate customer concerns as required.
- Attend and host meetings as required to meet project objectives.
- Follow up on outstanding project deliverables to ensure compliance with timelines.
- Follow through on warranties, RMA’s, service billings, pending shipments, etc.
- Coordination of field service appointments with internal and external customers

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Motivated, self-starter
- Comfortable presenting in front of groups or a willingness to learn
- Proficiency with productivity tools (ie: PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Oracle) or a willingness to learn
- Collaborative, team player.

**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Some previous experience as a project coordinator is a plus.
