Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to assist with the management and coordination of various projects across departments. In this role, you will support the Office Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope. You will be the communication hub, liaising between project teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
- Monitor and track project progress, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation and reports
- Serve as the main point of contact for project team members subcontractors, clients/customers
- Ensure all customers are informed about project status and changes.
- Facilitate effective communication within teams
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Assist in post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to learn new software specific to our company and scope

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
