**Duties to include**:

- Establish and maintain a high level of customer service with current clientele and carrier partners
- Negotiate freight rates with carrier partners, seek out new carrier providers to service current clientele
- Update records for carriers and customers in UFOS, light clerical duties as assigned
- Tracking and tracing of shipments when required, provide accurate information to customers and other team members
- Answer incoming telephone calls with professional phone etiquette, transfer calls to the appropriate parties
- Able to complete after hours tracking on a rotating schedule typically 1-2 times a month with compensation
- Able to work in a team setting, and independently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Outlook/Excel/Word), Adobe
- UFOS, Loadlink, Truckstop or other freight management systems a plus but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate professionally
- Organized and motivated to complete company objectives
- Perform tasks with honesty and integrity
- Strong negotiation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
