**Position Details**
- We have an exciting opportunity for an Admissions Assistant to join the Admissions & Transfer team within Student Enrolment & Registrar Services at the University of Lethbridge for a 11-month temporary position covering an employee leave (Aug 2025 - July 2026).

**Position Qualifications**

We are looking for applicants with at least 2 years of work experience in an administrative role - especially within post-secondary in a student services role. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of computer proficiency. Experience with the Banner student information system is an asset. The ability to maintain effective working relationships with members of the University community is essential, and you will be required to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

**Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $4,576.00 - $5,114.00 monthly

**Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $4,576.00 - $5,652.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 9)
