We are looking for a responsible Scheduling Coordinator. This position requires individuals to monitor, process, and record a company's outgoing deliveries, including merchandise, stock, materials, and supplies, in a warehouse and dispatch environment.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Coordinating and scheduling Cabinet Installation teams, deliveries, and service technicians
- Ensuring that staff with relevant skills are scheduled and or available
- Updating internal CRM database

**Your Qualifications**
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work
- Able to thrive under pressure
- Exceptional people skills and customer service ethic
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional approach to conflict resolution, positive sales attitude, (promotes the company by impressing the customers with exceptional service and communication)
- Vision, analytical approach, thinking outside the box
- Technologically inclined
- Kitchen cabinetry background is an asset
- Dispatching an asset

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
