**KORE** is looking for a highly motivated **Dispatching/schedule Coordinator** to join our Service team

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and organized **Dispatching/schedule Coordinator** to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the effectiveness of our team by successfully handling our continually growing volume of work, customer base, and overall market.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor technicians’ schedules and arrival times while communicating possible delays to customers.
- Provide updates to technicians regarding possible changes in schedule and work.
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Review service work orders and time sheets for accuracy before billing.
- Conduct Cross Control Connection report submission and filing.
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous dispatching experience preferred.
- Experience working in a customer service role.
- Previous experience in irrigation, (preferred, but not required)
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft experience (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Manage conflict and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong proactive tendencies and self-efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Work independently and/or collaboratively with excellent attention to detail.
- Be fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Experience as a receptionist or clerk within an administrative capacity is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and providing exceptional customer service.

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**

**Wage range**: $45,760.00-$52,000.00 per year

**Benefits**: Group health/dental benefits after 3 months.
