Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated **Project Coordinator / Scheduler** to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the essential link between our project managers and field crews (Glaziers). Your primary responsibility will be to organize, communicate, and maintain daily and weekly schedules for the crews, ensuring that they are informed of their tasks and can adjust to any project changes efficiently.

This role is ideally suited for a **2nd or 3rd year Glazing apprentice** looking to transition into an office-based position and fast-track their career within the glazing industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a liaison between project managers and Glaziers to communicate daily and weekly schedules.
- Develop and maintain daily schedules for field crews, ensuring they are posted in advance.
- Monitor and reassign field crews when scheduling conflicts or project delays arise.
- Ensure teams are properly clocking in and out and are set up with the company’s time tracking and communication tools.
- Provide ongoing support to field crews to resolve scheduling issues and ensure smooth project workflows.
- Assist with integrating teams into company systems for tracking labor hours, project status, and communications.

Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of glazing work scopes, with experience in the glazing industry preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage schedules and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate clear information flow between office and field teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A **2nd or 3rd year Glazing apprentice** seeking a transition into project coordination.
- A coordinator already employed in the Glazing industry that does not have field experience, but has experience with the field and is familiar with typical installation times for stick curtainwall projects.
- Someone with a proactive attitude, eager to learn and contribute to the smooth operation of field and office workflows.

Pay: $34.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
