Position Summary

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Needs excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- High school diploma.
- Excellent phone manners required, polite and personable.
- Must have good time management skills.
- Hard working and professional.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency with ERP software (Infor CloudSuite an asset).
- Motivated to learn the industry and a desire to promote the success of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls in a friendly and courteous manner and direct to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure that production schedules are created, maintained, and distributed to optimize production to meet delivery schedules and forecasted customer demand.
- Effectively communicate with customers daily.
- Attend Product Knowledge training.
- Evaluate and coordinate with other departments to ensure materials from suppliers are on schedule.
- Configuration of materials.
- Shop package distribution.
- Coordinate and liaise with production and shipping staff.
- Other duties or tasks assigned or required.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
