How You'll Make An Impact

  • Create an amazing patient experience, consistently going above and beyond.
  • Manage multiple tasks with competing timelines.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and texts with professionalism.
  • Ensure schedules are fully booked and follow up with patients needing appointments.
  • Manage new patient calls and the recall system.
  • Monitor and run scheduling and patient care reports.
  • Oversee patient rewards hub activity.
  • Manage and process the letter queue efficiently
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Participate in community events and activities associated with South Surrey Smiles.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

The Teammate We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an orthodontic specialty role, with the ability to answer basic orthodontic questions (asset)
  • Proficient in Windows Office 11.
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system.
  • Familiarity with Edge2 dental software is an asset, but not required.
