**Position Summary**:
We are actively seeking an **Inside Sales and Marketing Representative** to join our team. This person would need to be a resident in the Waterloo-Brant area as this is an in-office position. You will make a personal impact and build relationships with our customers by assisting with product inquiries, customer data management, sales quotations, order entry and order processing. You will be tasked with creating innovative marketing strategies, engaging content, and fostering meaningful connections both online and offline.

**Schedule**:  Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order entry, quoting, and expediating.
- Respond to price request and provide technical information.
- Suggest substitutes or related products when necessary.
- Submit new quotes and make follow-ups.
- Get involved with sales by handling customer interaction over the phone.
- Attentive to customer requests while maintaining a polite and professional attitude.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Oversee social media management, creating impactful and engaging content.
- Produce and manage compelling marketing materials, including videos, to showcase our services and brand story.
- Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Grow and maintain our brand identity across various channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field would be an asset.
- Prior experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
- Design Proficiency; including Canva online graphic design tool, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Computer Proficiency; including Outlook, Excel, Word, and operating systems in general.
- Knowledge of sales and industrial products, an asset.
- Fluent in English, with French a definite asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Acts timely, efficiently, and independently.
