Inside Sales/customer Service Representative

**Overview**
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through various communication channels to promote solutions. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service will be key to driving sales and achieving targets.
**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to prospective clients, introducing them to our products and services.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and nurture existing customer relationships.
- Provide sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals and expanding market presence.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in negotiating and closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: $33,500.00-$55,500.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
