***SUMMARY**:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for cultivating key business relationships with new and existing customers through exceptional customer service and support.

***KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handles customer queries and provides exceptional sales support including product sourcing, entering and expediting orders, preparing quotations, and troubleshooting order-related issues
- Markets new products and services available from the company
- Works closely with Outside Sales personnel to achieve common sales goals and objectives
- Provides product solutions to meet customer needs
- Processes customer returns expeditiously
- Reviews customer backorders daily to ensure delivery commitments are achieved
- Presents a professional image in all interactions and behaviours
- Provides the highest level of service in accordance with the company’s quality system and ISO standards

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:

- Post-secondary education - 2-year or 3-year Electrical Technology program
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Previous Electrical distribution knowledge/experience
