Inprotech Inc is currently seeking **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team in our head office in Cambridge.

As a **member of our team**, you will be the front line to our customers and vendors. Working closely with our sales and marketing team to assist them in preparation of quotations and the coordination of order entry. This role is suited for a person who enjoys multiple roles with a high degree of accuracy. You will have the advantage of working with a great team and nationally recognized brands some of which are exclusive to Inprotech Inc.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional, courteous, and effective customer service.
- Updating customer information into our CRM.
- Ensure prompt and courteous response to customer enquiries.
- Communicate with and support other areas of the company.
- Provide back up to all other aspects of our business, as required.
- Shipping / Receiving / Quoting
- In-house and on-the-job training and support provided.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A preference of Business Vision operating platform.
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Accuracy and attention to details is a must.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
