We are seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant to upkeep our current work load.
Currently, we are looking for Administrative Assistant to perform duties such as meeting new clients, accepting client documents, setting up new files, receiving client calls and working with Outlook, Microsoft word, Adobe and some cloud based programs.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry and filing documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service at the front desk.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Word for correspondence and document preparation.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently.
- Assist with bookkeeping and maintain organized records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the team with various clerical duties as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
