**Job Summary**

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of parts and materials to support customer orders and internal operations. This role involves picking, packing, and shipping customer orders; receiving and organizing incoming parts; and assembling parts kits for production or customer needs. The inventory coordinator plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping the parts room organized, and ensuring that customers and internal teams receive the right parts on time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming parts and materials
- Assemble parts kits according to production or customer requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Keep the parts room clean, organized, and properly labeled using workplace organization practices.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding order status, shortages, or discrepancies
- Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift)

**Qualifications**
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of fabrication parts is an asset
- Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle parts and packages safely (up to 50 lbs as required)
- Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an asset
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
