**Inventory Control Coordinator - Full Time**:

- Calgary, AB_ | _Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexibility required)_

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to join our warehouse team as an **Inventory Control Coordinator**. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing inventory management for one of our key accounts, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and coordination within our fast-paced logistics environment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for assigned accounts
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and account managers to track product movements
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory
- Assist with inventory audits and prepare reports for management
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and reduce errors
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations as needed

**What You Bring**:

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Previous experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in the logistics industry considered an asset.
