As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory/Shop Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our operations run smoothly.

Position Overview:
The Inventory Shipping Coordinator will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the inventory of our well-service equipment and supplies at our Calgary shop. Some travel is required to our Bonnyville shop, as well. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating the shipping and receiving of necessary parts, and ensuring the efficient organization and availability of items needed for our field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all inventory items, including equipment parts, tools, and supplies. Monitor stock levels and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the shipping and receiving process, including preparing shipping documents, inspecting incoming shipments for damage, and verifying that received items match purchase orders. Coordinate with carriers and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate handling of all shipments.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move and organize inventory within the shop. Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment parts and supplies.
- Shop and Yard Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Ensure that the shop and yard areas are free of hazards and properly organized to support efficient operations.
- Organization: Oversee the organization and arrangement of inventory in the shop. Ensure items are stored properly and are easily accessible for field operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with field operations and other departments to anticipate and fulfill inventory needs. Provide support and solutions for inventory-related challenges.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in handling and storing inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
