This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating material orders, and supporting both production and service teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to inventory management. **Key Responsibilities**- Verify purchase requisitions and clarify unclear items- Obtain price quotations from suppliers and negotiate as needed- Order materials and maintain optimal stock levels- Adjust inventory to resolve discrepancies- Review bills of materials from the design team and ensure stock availability for new jobs- Prepare and monitor purchase orders, ensuring specifications, price, and availability- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with contracts- Assist with stock management, pulling materials for jobs, and supporting shipping/receiving when required- Update production schedules and maintain accurate inventory recordsSupport staff in locating materials and maintaining extra or discontinued inventory **Qualifications**- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or a related role- Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate Excel, Outlook, Word); Syspro knowledge is an asset- Strong analytical and organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAttention to detail and ability to work under pressure **What We Offer**- Competitive wages – based on experience- Comprehensive Health, Dental & Vision Coverage – premiums fully paid by ICE Western- Paid vacation- RRSP Matching Plan- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- Company events and team initiatives- Free on-site parking
