We are growing and actively looking for people to work **FULL TIME / PART TIME / SEASONAL** for both the residential and commercial sides of the business.

**Landscape Development / Enhancement Manager**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Landscape Development and Enhancement Projects and the Field Crews
- Plan and manage labour, equipment requirements and material deliveries
- Manage watering schedule for enhancement and development sites
- Lead and motivate crews, and assist with onboarding and training of new staff and ensure adherence to all company policies
- Assist with hiring process when necessary and conduct regular performance reviews with Development and Enhancement Field Staff
- Ensure projects are completed according to the project details, timeline and budget
- Maintain communication with office staff regarding scheduling, change orders, project progress and invoicing
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety training and reporting requirements
- Complete administrative tasks including review and approving of and crew timesheets
- Interpret blueprints, lay-out of sites and jobsite surveys
- Manage sub-contractors and clients as needed
- Understand and follow all Company policies
- Assist Development and Enhancement field crews with physical/hands on work when needed
- Support office staff and sales objectives and participate in regularly office/team meetings

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in the landscape construction field as a Manager or Supervisor
- Minimum 5 years experience operating various heavy equipment
- G License in good standing (DZ or AZ license an asset)
- Minimum 5 years experience with interlocking stonework, concrete, carpentry, softscape and heavy equipment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and lead construction projects within deadlines
- Understanding of grading and drainage
- Have demonstrated knowledge of safety/hazard awareness
- Understanding of LMN an asset
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
- Basic horticultural knowledge including pruning, planting techniques, plant types, watering
- Possess strong time management and organizational skills
