**Production Manager - Landscape Maintenance Department**

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a skilled Production Manager to lead our landscape maintenance operations and ensure high-quality service delivery across all client properties. This role oversees field supervisors and crews, focusing on efficiency, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations for multiple landscape maintenance teams and projects.
- Lead and mentor field supervisors and crew leaders to achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement production schedules and staffing plans.
- Monitor labor hours, materials, and costs to maintain profitability.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
- Foster strong client relationships through communication and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with upper management on budgeting, training, and performance improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and complex schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of horticulture, irrigation, and maintenance operations.
- Proficiency with scheduling and job management software preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
