**Landscape Construction Foreman**
**Location**: Milton (James Snow/401), Oakville & Mississauga

**Job Type**: Full-time permanent (seasonal with overtime April-Dec, contract & standby in winter)
**Hourly Rate**: $28.00-$35.00/hr, based on experience (safety boots provided)

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We need someone with 3-5 years of experience in landscape construction, a passion for outdoor work, and a desire to grow in the field. You will work in a team and lead the installation of various landscaping projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a small crew (2-3 people) in landscape construction (hardscape & softscape projects)
- Install natural stone, interlocking pavers, decks, fences, and more
- Operate machinery like skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and safety standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Communicate effectively and work independently under pressure

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of landscape construction experience
- Skilled in excavation, grading, stone laying, planting, and equipment operation
- Valid G Driver’s License with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites
