**Job Overview**

I am looking for a full time, competent assistant to help grow our company into one of the largest online businesses in Canada.

You will have your own desk, we will be working in an office area and will need a car.

You will need to be very competent, fast on the computer, fast typing, good researcher, good thinker, smart, and know sales. Professional, good dresser, good talker, and someone who can be replied on.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas and presentations.
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses and maintaining professional communication.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and data entry using QuickBooks and other financial software as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from clients and stakeholders professionally.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls efficiently.
- Support front desk operations as needed, greeting visitors and managing office logistics.
- Utilize Google Workspace tools for collaboration and document management.

- Good / fast on computer
- Must have a good computer

- Must be good in English
- Must know sales
- Dress well, manners, professional
- Think long term, and be willing to start low to go high
- Must be familiar with Amazon FBA
- Must be familiar with online sales, marketing, Facebook advertising, YouTube etc.

Pay: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
