The Assistant Fitness Manager (AFM) reports the General Manager and oversees all fitness and personal training products and services offerings of a Fitness World location. The AFM builds and maintains an engaged and high performing fitness team of Personal Trainers, and ensures a best-in-class fitness experience for our members. The AFM is also responsible for the achievement of financial results, member retention and satisfaction; execution of company policies, procedures and programs; and exemplifying the company’s culture and values.

**Education & Experience**
- Leadership and/or management experience in sales, retail or hospitality is preferred
- Personal Trainer Certification Required
- Effective communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Has an exceptional work ethic
- Motivated self-starter and team player
- Professional, punctual and organized
