We are looking for a Specialist, Digital Marketing and Social Media Projects, whose role will include social media channel management, support for overarching marketing initiatives, and expertise in the digital deployment of projects for _raddar_, a product that helps consumers save money by consolidating flyers and promotions from various retailers into a single printed product, distributed weekly with Canada Post, and on a single digital destination.

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Interact with our online communities to strengthen audience relationships.
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (newsletters, brochures, presentations, etc.).
- Lead projects aimed at customer acquisition through strategic and targeted digital campaigns.
- Optimize the deployment of marketing initiatives across digital channels to maximize their impact and reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective execution aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance of campaigns and initiatives, analyze data, produce regular repots to optimize strategies and recommend adjustments to improve results.
**When your expertise drives us.**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or a combination of relevant education and work experience
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience
- Strong experience in content strategy development and social platform management (FB, Instagram) with 3+ years in an agency or large enterprise setting
- Proven track record in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
- In-depth knowledge of the marketing media mix is mandatory
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, content management systems)
- Certification Google Ads & Meta (an asset)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative mindset and ability to quickly adapt to new trends and technologies
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (regular exchanges with English speaking clients located out of Quebec)
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
