- The next challenge that awaits you_; Our SPYPOINT teams is looking for an enthusiastic **Communications Specialist** to manage external and internal communications. You are creative and strategic; you enjoy developing content to create hype & strong engagement with the audience. **Job Description**:
**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES**:

- Influencer Management_
- You develop the influencer marketing strategy to drive growth, increase reach & build notoriety ;
- You identify & recommend new influencer partnerships ;
- You manage all influencer contracts in partnership with brand director & editorial manager.
- Communications / Media Relations_
- You contribute to content creation for paid ad campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversions) ;
- You create creative briefs and coordinate media asset development with the creative studio team ;
- Maintain the SPYPOINT content calendar up to date while keeping key stakeholders informed on brand initiatives ;
- Support press coverage & sponsorship initiatives from concept to deployment.

**Qualifications**:
**THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER**:

- You have 3+ years of marketing, influencer & communication experience ;
- You have a passion for hunting and the outdoor industry ;
- You have a creative eye with excellent writing & communication skills ;
- You are detailed oriented and are praised for flawless execution ;
- If you are comfortable with multiple CMS systems, the Adobe suite, and influencer management software options, that is a big plus ;
- You are fluent in French and English (written/verbal) (frequent contacts outside Quebec).
