**Job Title**: Marketing Specialist

**Location**: Cosmetic Physician Partners (Montreal - Hybrid)

**Position Overview**: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and activities for 10+ banners in the portfolio. You will focus on implementing the marketing strategy, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of all marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for your assigned clinics, ensuring timely and effective execution of all marketing efforts.
- Implement and manage the clinic-specific marketing calendar, coordinating with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute website updates, content creation, and media assets for campaigns.
- Monitor CRM data in HighLevel, tracking conversion rates, lead generation, and clinic performance.
- Report campaign performance and key metrics to the clinic and marketing team, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign execution.
- 3+ years of client services experience in an agency is an asset
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in marketing calendar management and working across various internal teams.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
