We are a fast-growing Montreal-based interior design firm specializing in high-end residential interiors. With two distinct brands, Hibou Design & Co. and Hibou Home, we strive to create spaces that inspire and offer unique home decor items to enhance our customers' living experiences.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

1. Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for both Hibou Design and Hibou Home.

2. Social Media Management
- Manage and create content for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest for both brands.
- Develop and maintain social media advertising budgets.
- Collaborate with influencers and other brands for partnerships.

3. Website Management
- Oversee the maintenance and updates of both Hibou Design and Hibou Home websites.
- Monitor website analytics and work with the SEO team to optimize performance.

4. Content Creation
- Create and post engaging content, including static posts, stories, newsletters, and blogs.
- Coordinate and conduct photoshoots for Hibou Design, ensuring high-quality visual content.

5. Public Relations
- Manage communications with stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide project information, graphics, and narratives for PR purposes.
- Prepare the principal designer for PR events, shows, and collaborations.

6. Marketing Campaigns
- Lead the development and execution of holiday promotions, sales, and store events.
- Organize and coordinate events such as 5à7s and pop-ups.

7. Analytics and Reporting
- Monthly reporting on the growth of exposure, sales, and content across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain content calendars approved monthly in advance.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of marketing experience.
- 3-5 years of experience running ads on Meta and Instagram.
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience on Shopify.
- Understanding of SEO analytics and the ability to communicate with an SEO team.
- Proficient with Canva.
- Experience with Mailchimp is a plus.
- In-line with Hibou Design's aesthetic.
- Creative and outside-the-box thinker.
- Analytical with the ability to assess progress.
- Able to self-manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with change and pivoting.
- Bilingual, able to produce content in both French and English.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (required)

- Canva: 1 year (preferred)
- Shopify: 1 year (preferred)
- Mailchimp: 1 year (preferred)
