**About the Role**:
Are you an organized, detail orientated professional with experience in administration? Do you thrive in a role that requires data management, research, and process coordination? If so, this opportunity may be for you.

As an Administrative Coordinator - Land, you will play a crucial role in managing land records, processing agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with legal teams, municipal officials, and internal departments to support land transactions and maintain the integrity of ATCO’s land assets.

**What You’ll Get to Do**:

- Prepare and process land acquisition documents, including easements, leases and encroachments.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance within land databases and the Land Information System (LIS).
- Research and respond to internal and external inquiries regarding land transactions, crossings, and registered land rights.
- Communicate with legal teams, government agencies, and landowners to address and resolve land-related matters.
- Coordinate land registration, payments, and invoicing for land acquisitions and transactions.
- Assist with land research, purchase/sale agreements, and special projects.
- Provide support and training on land administration processes as needed.

**What You Bring**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration, or Land Administration
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in land administration or utilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Salesforce, Maximo and Oracle is an asset.
