**About the role**:
The Administrative Coordinator is integral part of the Drivewyze team. We are seeking a highly motived Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our company's operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of our administrative processes.
**Location**: Head Office, Edmonton
**Temporary Role**: Contract 6 months
**Job Accountabilities include but are not limited to**:
- Working closely with our teams to support daily administration and processing of client data.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents. Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading various reports and presentations.
- Accurately input and update data in company databases and spreadsheets. Generate reports and analyze data as required.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Respond to inquiries and assist in resolving administrative issues.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to streamline processes, share relevant information, and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships with clients, employees, and partners.
**Job Requirements**:
- Prior experience working in administration or coordination roles in fast-paced environments, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- Your experience working with the basic functions of Microsoft Office and Excel is a testament to your technical skills.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- You are a team player, willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the team and the organization
- You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
**Previous work experience in the transportation industry will be considered a strong asset
