Sales Appointment Coordinator

**Pay**: $35,000-$42,000 a year

John Bear Buick GMC is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual that has a passion for customer service to work as a **Sales Appointment Coordinator.** In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact and representative for our dealer in St. Catharines. This role acts as the connection between the customer and the sales department, taking charge of inbound business opportunities and promoting conversions into qualified appointments.

**Hours**: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Saturday's.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform outbound call campaigns as required
- Enter the results of each communication into the CRM software and perform necessary follow-ups
- Continue to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading manufacturers' publications

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer service is an asset
- Highly effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills in order to work with customers and colleagues
- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft and Outlook
- Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional work ethic, responsible, vested in dealership success
