_**The Willowdale Auto Group located in the beautiful Niagara Region is looking to add an all star Appointment Coordinator to join our award winning team**_

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, ensuring optimal use of time for both clients and service providers.
- Maintain an organized calendar and manage changes or cancellations efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all necessary preparations are made for upcoming appointments.
- Update client records and appointment details in the database accurately and promptly.
- Follow up with clients post-appointment to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support overall office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service to clients.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Pay: $36,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
