Service Appointment Coordinator

**Salary** $36,000-$45,000 a year

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- take incoming calls from customers and make outbound calls to our existing customers to generate service appointments
- keep customer information updated in our systems
- manage appointment schedule
- stay up to date on dealer and manufacturer’s promotions

**Qualifications**:

- experience in customer service is an asset
- highly effective communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills to work with customers and colleagues
- must work well in a team atmosphere
