Administrative Assistant

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Professionally and courteously handle all telephone and ‘walk-in’ inquiries from prospective residents.
- Process qualifying prospects to determine their needs and financial capabilities,
- Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective callers with proper follow up and professionalism.
- Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks.
- Assisting with scheduling move-ins.
- Perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals.
- Preparing lease documents, Sending them electronically and tracking
- Carry out other duties and/or procedures as required.
- Work in conjunction with the Social Media Specialist Marketing Department to ensure all leasing marketing requirements and initiatives are fulfilled
**Qualifications**:
- College/University Diploma preferred
- Two years related leasing/sales experience with knowledge of the property management industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, planning and organizing skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient with computer software, specifically Word and Excel and Adobe
- Marketing experiences an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00 per hour
