**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors at the front desk and assist them with inquiries.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist Dispatch in scheduling service appointments.
- Handle client job records, assisting with accurate billing of time and material work, ensuring all files are accurate and up-to-date using computerized systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with plumbing or trade office procedures and terminology is a plus.
- Excellent customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and records.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Products. (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 - 40 per week
