**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist in organizing files and documents for easy retrieval.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Collaborate with other staff to improve office processes and enhance customer service.
- Reporting directly to The Property Manager.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a Property Management Company office setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Excel, Word (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and general office software.
- Experience in providing customer support and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.83-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
