Our work environment includes: - Modern office setting - Growth opportunities **Responsibilities**: - Manage all incoming client calls to set up appointments with our team of cliniciains. - Manage the calendars for all clinicians, including scheduling appointments, meetings and therapy schedules. - Prepare and track clients through a system of spreadsheets that algin with our systems and operations. - Organize and manage all invoicing and billing of client appointments - Other administrative duties as assigned. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as an administrative receptionist or similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors To Apply: - Cover Letter - Resume - An appendix labelled "Appendix A" which includes: Your name Your phone number A list of the last 3 books you have read A paragraph on why you believe attention to detail is important in this role and how you will be successful at this position **Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care Schedule: - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: - Milton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
