**POSITION TITLE**: HR Manager

**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**
With your excellent oral and written communications, you provide hands-on support in a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and recruitment/retention. As an an important representative of the company and its core values you support the execution of the organization’s talent strategy and succession planning; welcoming new employees with respect, fostering long-term relationships and, working collaboratively among the leadership team and all employees.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
1. Full Cycle HR Management
- Annual New Employee Budget, by branch, by revenue, by position
- Recruiting Management - planning, sourcing, screening, evaluating, contracts
- New Employee Onboarding
- Employee Benefit administration
- Employee Discipline, Terminations & Resignations
1. Employee Care & Retention
- Career Pathing
- Professional Development
- Leadership Development
- Employee Education
- Employee Engagement
- Employee Events
- Performance Management
- Recognition Programs
- Total Rewards
- Employee Retention
- Succession Management
**CMB TEAM SUPPORT**
- Attend department L10’s weekly
- Be familiar with and follow company policies and procedures as established (Employee Handbook, policies, and procedures, etc.)
- Attend and participate staff meetings and other company functions
- Demonstrate good leadership qualities with a positive attitude and ability to motivate others
- Other related duties as required
**KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP)
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with concentration in Human Resources or related field.
- A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
