Human Resource Manager

**Duties**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits plans
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting company culture and values
- Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing
**Requirements**:
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive role
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases (SAP, Ceridian)
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. This includes developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, managing employee relations, recruiting top talent, implementing compensation plans, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment.
As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth by attracting, developing, and retaining a high-performing workforce. You will be responsible for implementing effective HR practices that align with the company's goals while maintaining legal compliance.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in human resources management with experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation planning, and HR systems. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
