Human Resources Manager

**Job Summary**
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's goals.,
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring and training
- Negotiate and administer employee benefits and compensation packages
- provide guidance on HR best practices
- Performamce evaluation, managing benefits and leaves
- Manage budgeting for HR operations and initiatives
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy
- Utilize data analysis skills to make informed HR decision
- Implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Dayforce and SAP
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills. Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $37.00-$43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 22 per week
