Located in Winnipeg, our Head Office is currently seeking an Office Administrator/Head Office Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed clients and visitors.

**Position Overview**:
As the Office Administrator/Head Office Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in our organization by managing front desk operations and providing administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome visitors and clients to our office, notifying relevant staff of their arrival.
- Assist in setting up new client accounts and maintaining accurate client records.
- Handle general inquiries from clients, redirect calls as needed, and ensure messages are accurately recorded and relayed.
- Support Accounting and Brokerage departments with administrative tasks such as correspondence processing, mail coordination, typing, copying, faxing, and filing.
- Manage office supplies by identifying needs and placing orders promptly.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous office experience with a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong team orientation and friendly professional demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
