**Office Administrator - Full-Time, Permanent**

**Location**: 326 Keewatin St.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate routing with drivers.
- Work with the Office Manager to schedule future orders.
- Assist walk-in customers with purchases, returns, and general inquiries.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains organized and efficient.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational workflows.
- Assist with additional office duties as required in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Education & Experience:

- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is an asset.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with scheduling and customer management systems is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or invoicing is a plus.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Work Environment & Schedule**
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Work Location: This is an on-site position at 326 Keewatin St.
- The role requires working in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
