**What You’ll Do**:

- Maintain physical and digital storage systems for the various information media
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office filing systems
- Provide administration for the Corporate Health & Safety program as needed
- Participate in the organizations’ Joint Occupational Health & Safety committee
- Complete general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning & data entry
- Provide support to receptionist: answering telephone/switchboard, screen telephone calls and respond to routine requests for information and handling courier deliveries
- Provide reception coverage during vacation and breaks
- Run errands and other general office tasks as required

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A positive and motivated personality
- Must be highly organized and possess strong written and oral communication skills (English)
- Minimum Grade 12 education with an administrative assistant diploma or certificate will be an asset
- Previous office administration experience and/or library technician qualification is considered an asset
- Previous experience administering a health and safety program is an asset.
- High degree of attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Working proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift file boxes (30-50 lbs)
- Available to work fulltime (37.5 hours per week).
- A valid driver’s license (in good standing)
