**Qualifications & Knowledge**:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; _Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred_
- _Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and Xero is preferred_

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with general bookkeeping including A/R and A/P entries and payroll
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel accommodations
- Maintain the office condition, arrange necessary repairs, and keep stationery and cleaning supplies stocked
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies and procedures as necessary
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
