**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring proper organization for easy access.
- Handle payroll processing and assist with employee-related inquiries.
- Coordinate vendor management tasks, including communication and contract management.
- Support team management by assisting with scheduling meetings and organizing office events.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to maintain financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations across the organization.
- Communication: Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Project Support: Assist with tracking project timelines, budgets, and resources.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with vendor management practices is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to file documents systematically.
- A team-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently when necessary.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
